Mac & his people did a great job taking care of my Trailblazer & the long list of services that I needed as well as uncovering a repair that saved me $$$ in the long run. Even got a complementary car cleaning inside & out before I picked up my car. And the shuttle service is an outstanding plus for people like myself without any other form of transportation. I will say we missed the tune-up in my original list of services requested when I set my appt but with the long list of stuff I tried to get done all in a day I'll take the blame for missing that one. We'll get it taken care of the next time I drop off my car. Thanks again.

In addition to routine service, the technicians at Mac's suggested a repair that could have left me stranded. I knew about the fault but the "other shop",who looked at the car a while back and who specializes in my kind of car, indicated that the repair was not needed. I honestly didn't think that the car was good to drive as many years ago I had a similar problem that was repaired by the dealer. Mac's did both the repair and service and I'm now back on the road with a car that was also cleaned and detailed. Thank Mac and your group for a great job.

I always feel comfortable bringing my vehicles to Mac's Service Center because I know I will always get good, honest opinions on what repair work is needed. I never feel I am being gouged or being taken advantage of. When I take both my vehicles in for a state inspection, both vehicles are inspected properly with no additional and unnecessary repairs. I also like the way the technicians explain in plain English anything I have a quesion about. I always get good honest evaluations, suggestions and opinions!
